BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHODS AND CANCELLATION CHARGE
Payment for your stay should be made directly to the hotel, which will issue a standard fiscal document. Travelacx will send written confirmation of your booking, indicating the full name and address of the hotel.
Once all the single rooms have been allocated, Travelacx reserves the right to allocate double rooms to be used as singles and, if the category of hotel requested is no longer available, to allocate a hotel in the most suitable category available. You will be asked to leave your credit card number to guarantee your booking. If you do not show at the hotel, a sum equal to the first overnight stay in the room type booked will be charged.
